- Mindful Movement with Kassy - 12:00 PM
Mindful Movement brings thoughtful intention and purpose to a medium intensity practice. Breath, movement and focus allows you to develop a sense of self-awareness and the ability to return to your center. - Healing Yoga with James - 7:00 PM
Healing Yoga incorporates philosophy, gentle movement, breath and mindfulness into a loving and peaceful practice.
WEDNESDAYS
- Yoga for Strength with James - 5:30-6:15 PM
Yoga for strength is an empowering and energizing class that develops strength, alignment, and a strong sense of self-awareness.
THURSDAYS
Restorative yoga uses long-held restful postures supported by props to allow you to slow down and renew balance to the body, mind and nervous system.
